If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 99ph immediately via live chat support. 99ph will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, 99ph is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
99ph is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document — such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license — along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
